Our Personalised Holiday Boarding Pass Voucher is the perfect way to treat your loved ones to a surprise holiday getaway.

With everything being digital and sent via emails nowadays, this physical voucher serves as a thoughtful gift, and can be kept as a memento or even framed afterwards to cherish those special memories!


This voucher can be fully personalised to suit any gift surprise.

Please include:


Passenger name - Recipient of the gift.
Departure and return dates.
Notes - Please try to keep this short, as the longer the message, the smaller the text will be.
The destination - This will the printed under the scratch off foil.


Please leave all of the above information in the personalisation box when ordering.



The voucher is approximately 19cm x 8.5cm / 7.5" x 3.5". If you would like a different size, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate.

All vouchers are printed on 300gsm recycled card stock.

Designed by hand, by myself and printed to order.

Kraft envelope included, unless upgraded to a confetti envelope.

If you have upgraded to a confetti envelope, your voucher will be packaged in a translucent envelope, with a handful of fun, colourful confetti inside and ready to gift.

Due to stock levels, the confetti you receive might be different from the ones pictured, but will always be biodegradable and colourful!

SHIPPING

DELIVERY INFO

I aim to process, package and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. During busier periods (i.e. holidays and sales), slight delays may occur.

UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and aim to be delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch and is not tracked

If you would like your item(s) sooner, please upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class delivery in the checkout. Your item(s) will then aim to be delivered the next working day. Not tracked.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (International Standard for stickers and greeting cards) and aim to be delivered within 7 days from dispatch. 

Items often take longer than their estimated delivery time. This can be due to delays within postal services and customs, ongoing COVID restrictions and mail strikes. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times once I have your dispatched your item(s).

UK Customers - Please contact me if your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch.

International Customers - Please contact me if your order has not arrived within 3 months of dispatch.

You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped, don't forget to check your spam folder for this! Please contact me if you have not received this email after the dispatch time frame.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFO

Unfortunately, as everything is made to order, I do not offer returns or exchanges on items.

If in the unfortunate event your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged I can offer a replacement or refund. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact me directly at alainacreatesuk@gmail.com within 7 days. Please attach photos so I can resolve this as quickly as possible. If I am not contacted within 7 days of the delivery date, I am unable to take responsibility for any damage.

I accept cancellations within 12 hours of orders being placed. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
