DELIVERY INFO

I aim to process, package and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. During busier periods (i.e. holidays and sales), slight delays may occur.

UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and aim to be delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch and is not tracked. 

If you would like your item(s) sooner, please upgrade to Express delivery in the checkout. Your item(s) will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and aim to be delivered the next working day. Not tracked.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and aim to be delivered within 7 days from dispatch. 

Items often take longer than their estimated delivery time. This can be due to delays within postal services and customs, ongoing COVID restrictions and mail strikes. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times once I have your dispatched your item(s).

UK Customers - Please contact me if your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch.

International Customers - Please contact me if your order has not arrived within 3 months of dispatch.
