ECLECTIC PLANTS IN BATHTUB PRINT

In collaboration with Up The Garden Bath, an award winning community interest company based in Peterborough. This incredible company work with local businesses to reduce waste and landfill in the local area. They take unwanted waste materials, such as old bathtubs, that would usually end up in landfill and upcycle them into educational garden planters and accessories.
50% of profits made from this print will go directly to Up The Garden Bath. So they can continue creating opportunities for those less fortunate, as well as fighting food poverty, promoting health and wellbeing, and educating the local community on recycling and environmental improvement.
This print is printed on premium 290gsm satin archival photo paper. Combined with high quality ink to optimise the vividly rich colours and vibrancy of my designs, and to leave customers with a product that will not diminish or fade over time.

+ Items are shipped from the UK.
+ A5 and A4 prints are packaged in a biodegradable cellophane bag with a greyboard backing and shipped in a hardback envelope. If more than one item is purchased, these will be shipped in an A4 box or tube for safe travel. A3 prints are shipped in a biodegradable cellophane bag within a postal tube.
+ Your items will be processed, packaged and ready to dispatch within 3 working days, this may take a little longer during busier periods.
+ UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and aim to be delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch and is not tracked. If you would like your item(s) sooner, please upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class delivery in the checkout. Your item(s) will then aim to be delivered the next working day -not tracked. Please contact me if your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch.
+ International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (International Standard for stickers, greeting cards and bookmarks) and aim to be delivered within 3 weeks from dispatch. Please contact me if your order has not arrived within 3 months of dispatch.
+ Items often take longer than their estimated delivery time. This can be due to delays within postal services and customs, as well as mail strikes. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times once I have your dispatched your item(s).
* GIFT WRAPPING *
If you would like your item(s) to be gift wrapped, please leave me a message in the checkout. Your item(s) will then be wrapped in decorative tissue paper and will include a postcard with your personalised message on. Please leave your gift message in the checkout as well.

DELIVERY INFO
I aim to process, package and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. During busier periods (i.e. holidays and sales), slight delays may occur.
UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and aim to be delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch and is not tracked.
If you would like your item(s) sooner, please upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class delivery in the checkout. Your item(s) will then aim to be delivered the next working day. Not tracked.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (International Standard for stickers and greeting cards) and aim to be delivered within 7 days from dispatch.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFO
Unfortunately, as everything is made to order, I do not offer returns or exchanges on items.
If in the unfortunate event your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged I can offer a replacement or refund. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact me directly at alainacreatesuk@gmail.com within 7 days. Please attach photos so I can resolve this as quickly as possible. If I am not contacted within 7 days of the delivery date, I am unable to take responsibility for any damage.
I accept cancellations within 12 hours of orders being placed. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
