+ A6 Card - 105mm x 148mm (when folded).
+ All cards are printed on 300gsm recycled matte cardstock and shipped with a brown kraft envelope.
+ This card is blank inside. If you'd like it to be sent directly to the recipient with a printed message inside, please leave your message in the personalisation box and don't forget to leave the recipient's address!
+ Designed by hand, by myself, and printed to order.
* SHIPPING INFORMATION *
+ Items are shipped from the UK.
+ Cards are packaged in a biodegradable cellophane bag with a brown kraft envelope and shipped in a hardback envelope. If you would like your card sent directly to the recipient, then the it will be sent inside of the kraft envelope. If several items are purchased, these will be shipped in an A4 box for safe travel.
+ Your items will be processed, packaged and ready to dispatch within 3 working days, this may take a little longer during busier periods.
+ All UK card orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and aim to be delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch and is not tracked. If you would like your item(s) sooner, please upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class delivery in the checkout.
+ International card orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard and aim to be delivered within 3 weeks from dispatch.
+ Items often take longer than their estimated delivery time. This can be due to delays within postal services and customs, as well as mail strikes. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times once I have your dispatched your item(s).

SHIPPING
DELIVERY INFO
I aim to process, package and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. During busier periods (i.e. holidays and sales), slight delays may occur.
UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and aim to be delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch and is not tracked.
If you would like your item(s) sooner, please upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class delivery in the checkout. Your item(s) will then aim to be delivered the next working day. Not tracked.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (International Standard for stickers and greeting cards) and aim to be delivered within 7 days from dispatch.
Items often take longer than their estimated delivery time. This can be due to delays within postal services and customs, ongoing COVID restrictions and mail strikes. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times once I have your dispatched your item(s).
UK Customers - Please contact me if your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch.
International Customers - Please contact me if your order has not arrived within 3 months of dispatch.
You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped, don't forget to check your spam folder for this! Please contact me if you have not received this email after the dispatch time frame.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFO
Unfortunately, as everything is made to order, I do not offer returns or exchanges on items.
If in the unfortunate event your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged I can offer a replacement or refund. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact me directly at alainacreatesuk@gmail.com within 7 days. Please attach photos so I can resolve this as quickly as possible. If I am not contacted within 7 days of the delivery date, I am unable to take responsibility for any damage.
I accept cancellations within 12 hours of orders being placed. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
